Cancellation Policy

At Sielu, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee before booking future appointments.
